Cheesy Jalapeno Poppers

These jalapeno poppers make great snacks, and they’ve got quite a kick! If you prefer, you can substitute milder peppers–or even hotter ones! Fire up the old grill and make a plate of poppers for a party, or just make a few and enjoy them yourself! But know this: once you eat one, you’ll want more!

Ingredients:
Farmers Cheese from The Cheese Shop
Jalapeno Peppers
Bacon

Directions:
1. Wearing gloves and eye protection, slice jalapenos in half and remove the seeds (unless you like your poppers extra spicy, in which case you should leave some seeds).
2. Stuff jalapenos with Farmers Cheese from The Cheese Shop.
3. Wrap jalapenos in bacon, then grill until bacon is cooked. Enjoy!

Easy Turkey and Havarti Sandwich

Havarti is a delicious, smooth Danish cheese that goes well with so many things. This is a basic recipe, but it’s incredibly modifiable. Feel free to experiment by adding, removing, or changing ingredients to find your perfect sandwich.

Ingredients:
Havarti Cheese from The Cheese Shop
Sliced Turkey
2 Slices Rye Bread
1 Tomato
Dijon mustard
Safflower mayonnaise

Directions:
1. Toast rye bread and slice the tomato and the Havarti cheese from The Cheese Shop.
2. Spread mustard and mayonnaise on rye toast, then add Havarti slices, sliced turkey, and tomato slices to create a sandwich. Enjoy!

White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

This recipe takes standard mashed potatoes and makes it exciting, adding a sharp, delicious twist with the addition of Sharp White Cheddar from The Cheese Shop!

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Sharp White Cheddar from The Cheese Shop
2 Pounds of Potatoes (any variety)
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup milk

Directions:
1. Peel and quarter potatoes (leave some skin if you prefer more texture)
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain water.
3. Mash potatoes, adding milk, butter, and most of the cheese.
4. Finish by sprinkling Sharp White Cheddar over the top, then enjoy!
